Job Description
Newcross Petroleum is inviting applications from qualified young graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed to provide participants with structured professional development and practical exposure to Nigeria’s energy industry. Successful candidates will have opportunities to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to live projects, and develop skills relevant to long-term careers in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications & Requirements
Interested applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Upper or an HND with Upper Credit.
- Must have successfully completed the NYSC programme.
- Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Have between 0–2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience.
- Demonstrate good digital proficiency and the ability to use technology effectively.
- Be willing and available to work across operational and field locations.
- Show strong willingness to learn and develop a career in the oil and gas industry.
