The Black Pelican Group is currently looking to hire a Procurement Intern who is serving in the NYSC program and currently posted to Lagos.
Job Description
The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in managing sourcing activities, supplier coordination, and procurement documentation. This role provides an opportunity for NYSC members to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement and sourcing activities.
- Support documentation and record-keeping for procurement transactions.
- Assist in vendor communication and coordination.
- Help track procurement requests and purchase orders.
- Support the procurement team with other administrative and operational tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member serving in Lagos.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
