Job Description
Sodium Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Intern to join its team in Ikeja, Lagos.
The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with organizational objectives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in project management, operations, or business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to plan, implement, and monitor strategic projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules.
- Track project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify project risks and recommend proactive solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor project performance using relevant metrics and prepare progress reports.
- Support project documentation and administrative activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management or project coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard reporting tools.
- Experience in budget monitoring and resource allocation is an added advantage.
