Available Positions
1. Customer Service Representative (NG)
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other communication channels
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Guide users on product usage and platform navigation
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Upsell relevant product features where applicable
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service tools
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of issues
2. KYC Analyst
The KYC Analyst will support compliance operations by verifying customer identities and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify new customer accounts
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Maintain accurate KYC records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for information gathering
- Monitor compliance trends and regulatory updates
- Identify AML risks and escalate findings where necessary
- Support onboarding and verification-related projects
Qualifications & Requirements
Customer Service Representative
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Relations, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or call centre roles
- Experience in fintech is an added advantage
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
KYC Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years experience in compliance or related field (preferred)
- Legal background is an advantage but not required
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes
- Attention to detail and strong decision-making ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
