1. Customer Support Lead

The Customer Support Lead will oversee customer support operations across multiple communication channels including WhatsApp, in-app chat, and social media. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, incident management, and support process optimization.

Responsibilities

Hire and manage a customer support team
Design escalation procedures for live incidents
Monitor NPS and first-response SLA performance
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 4 years experience in customer support or customer experience leadership within fintech
Strong operations and process management skills
Excellent written communication skills

2. Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will oversee Didii’s online presence across social platforms and build engagement with Nigerian audiences.

Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Create engaging and relatable content
Build and manage online communities
Monitor trends and manage real-time engagement

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years social media management experience
Strong understanding of Nigerian internet culture and trends

3. Backend Engineer

The Backend Engineer will develop and maintain secure financial transaction systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

Build APIs for payment processing systems
Integrate banking and third-party payment services
Maintain high system uptime and secure transaction processing
Develop scalable backend infrastructure

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, or Go

4. Mobile Engineer (iOS / Android)

The Mobile Engineer will develop and optimize Didii’s mobile applications for Android and iOS devices.

Responsibilities

Build mobile applications using React Native or Flutter

Manage Play Store and App Store releases

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience building mobile applications

5. DevOps / Security Engineer

The DevOps / Security Engineer will manage infrastructure reliability, cloud systems, and cybersecurity processes.

Responsibilities
