Job Description
The B2B Social Media Growth Manager will lead and grow the company’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn. This role involves developing strategy, creating content, analyzing performance, and driving measurable growth through social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn growth strategies
- Manage company and executive social media profiles
- Create and publish high-quality B2B content
- Optimize social pages for engagement and lead generation
- Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams
- Track trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Support influencer and partner collaborations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years in social media or content marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and analytics
- Experience working with international (EU/US/global) audiences
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic design and AI tool proficiency
