Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, ensure excellent customer service delivery, and support efficient workflow within the restaurant.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, capable of managing shifts effectively, and experienced in fast-food restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Interested candidates must possess:
- A tertiary degree
- Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-food restaurant as a Team Lead or Supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of iClass software will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership and task delegation skills
- Ability to follow tasks through to completion
- High level of proactivity and initiative
- Flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts
- Candidates must reside close to their preferred work location, as accommodation is not provided
