Workforce Group is recruiting a Sales Executive to support its client’s vehicle or mobility sales operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automotive or mobility-related sales and the ability to generate new business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and vehicle demonstrations.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and online inquiries.
- Prepare proforma invoices, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer and after-sales service.
- Submit regular sales reports and market intelligence updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and business ethics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in:
- Automotive or vehicle sales
- Mobility solutions
- Heavy equipment sales
- Auto dealerships or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
