Job Description
Crovation Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to strengthen its digital presence and audience engagement across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling, high-quality content that supports brand visibility, drives engagement, and aligns with the company’s marketing objectives.
This role requires strong storytelling ability, creativity, and a solid understanding of social media trends and digital content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Produce and edit videos, reels, graphics, and other multimedia content.
- Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Monitor trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content strategy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and promotions.
- Track content performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and values.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Ability to shoot and edit photos and videos using mobile or professional equipment.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media campaigns and paid ads.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video production.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience handling multiple social media accounts.
