Job Description
Compovine Technologies Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Officer to support inventory management and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating material dispatch, and ensuring effective stock control processes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, inventory management experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify materials supplied by vendors on a daily basis.
- Coordinate the loading and dispatch of materials to company branches and customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock movement.
- Update inventory databases and spreadsheets regularly.
- Reconcile inventory transactions with head office records.
- Ensure physical stock levels align with system records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports for materials received and dispatched.
- Support efficient warehouse and stock management operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, warehousing, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
