Job Description
The MoMo TechSpark Graduate Programme is a 12-month intensive training and development programme designed for young graduates interested in building careers in technology and digital finance.
Participants will gain hands-on experience through technical training, project assignments, mentorship, and rotational placements across different teams. Successful candidates who complete the programme may be offered full-time employment with the organization.
Programme Structure
The programme includes several development stages:
- Foundational Onboarding: Orientation into the company’s culture, strategy, and operations.
- Technical Academies: Training in fields such as Cloud Computing, Data & AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, and Networks & Infrastructure.
- Rotational Assignments: Exposure to multiple technology and business units.
- Real Project Work: Participation in technology projects that support business operations.
- Mentorship & Coaching: Guidance from experienced engineers and technology leaders.
- Professional Certification Support: Access to learning platforms and certification programmes.
- Performance Reviews: Quarterly evaluation and development planning.
- Participants will also assist with coding tasks, application testing, debugging, documentation, and system analysis during their rotations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Engineering
- Data Science
- Cybersecurity
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Other related STEM disciplines
- Must have completed NYSC or be in the final stage of completion.
Experience
- 0–2 years of post-NYSC experience.
Technical Skills
- Basic programming knowledge such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Understanding of software development processes, APIs, debugging, and testing.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Introductory knowledge of databases, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
