Job Description
The TGI Young Professionals Program is designed to attract and develop high-potential graduates and early-career professionals. Successful candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience across various business functions, preparing them for future leadership roles within the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Professional certifications will be considered an added advantage
- Postgraduate qualifications (MSc or MBA) from a recognized institution are a plus
- Applicants must not be older than 27 years
- A well-detailed CV showcasing relevant experience and achievements is required
