Job Description
The User Services Intern will support technical and operational processes, ensuring smooth coordination of projects and documentation within the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting technical project management processes
- Assisting with document management and reporting
- Supporting business process coordination
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Preparing presentations and internal documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng.) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in:
- Technical project management
- Document management
- Business process management
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is an added advantage
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills gained from similar or relevant roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Google Suite tools
