Job Description
The TGI Distri Commercial Trainee Programme (CTP) 2026 is a structured initiative designed to equip young graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for future managerial and leadership roles in Sales.
Participants will undergo an intensive induction programme before deployment to Sales Departments across Nigeria, where they will gain hands-on experience and exposure to the group’s diverse operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in any discipline (minimum of Second Class Lower / Lower Credit).
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Passion for Sales as a career path.
- Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Not older than 28 years by December 31, 2025.
- Willingness to work and be deployed across Nigeria.
