Job Description
The Assistant CSP Manager – Nutrition will play a key role in driving trade marketing efficiency, developing category strategies, and identifying growth opportunities across various channels. This role requires a data-driven professional with a strong interest in shopper marketing and category development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel & Category Development
- Convert customer and shopper insights into actionable business opportunities.
- Develop customer- and channel-specific trade plans aligned with broader category goals.
Innovation & Project Coordination
- Manage customer input throughout innovation stages.
- Plan and execute product trade launches to align with customer expectations.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Support the preparation of commercial data for monthly and quarterly S&OP cycles.
- Consolidate insights from field teams to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.
Net Revenue Management (NRM)
- Monitor trade investment and promotional effectiveness.
- Analyze SKU and pack mix to maximize profitability.
Customer & Shopper Execution
- Implement shopper and channel strategies across traditional, modern, and e-commerce platforms.
- Track the execution of the 6Ps — Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, and Performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category Management.
- Solid analytical and digital marketing skills.
- Strong grasp of Shopper Marketing and Category Management (CATMAN) principles.
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Excellent project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Exposure to S&OP or demand planning processes.
- Detail-oriented, agile, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
