1. Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager will lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for building scalable, mission-critical systems serving millions of users.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 8+ years engineering experience
- 3+ years managing engineering teams

2. Security GRC Officer
The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Officer will help strengthen Paystack’s information security systems, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support information security governance strategies
- Identify security control gaps and recommend improvements
- Implement compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST

Requirements
- Experience in information security governance and compliance

3. Senior Database Administrator
The Senior Database Administrator will oversee the design, reliability, security, and performance of Paystack’s database infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years experience in database administration or reliability engineering

- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and monitoring systems
