Job Description
The Customer Service Officer will handle customer interactions across physical and digital channels, process orders, and maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers and receive orders via social media and onsite platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and transactions.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Support marketing or promotional activities when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must be female (for gender balance).
- Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos.
- Age: 20–32 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and use social media for customer engagement.
