1. Technical Sales Manager (Paint Raw Materials)
Job Description:
The Technical Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth within the paints and coatings division. The role involves managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends, and providing technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and expand the business portfolio.
- Conduct market research to assess customer needs and competitor activities.
- Coordinate national sales activities while ensuring policy compliance.
- Work with the supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to paint manufacturers.
- Prepare performance reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in technical sales within the paint or coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of raw materials, resins, pigments, and paint formulations.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
2. Technical Officer
Job Description:
The Technical Officer will support the production and quality control teams in laboratory operations, testing, and formulation of chemical materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- OND / NABTEB / BSc / HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
