Job Description
The Sahara Graduate Engineering Program 2025 is designed to equip young engineering graduates with hands-on technical experience, structured learning, and real-world exposure across multiple power plants and operations. The program combines classroom training, field rotations, innovation projects, and mentorship from industry experts, providing participants with the skills and experience required to thrive in the energy sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field
- 0–1 year of post-graduation experience
- Completion of NYSC (must complete by December 2025)
- Strong interest in power generation, engineering, and technical innovation
- Ability to learn fast and work collaboratively
- Must be a Nigerian graduate
