Job Description
Amani Advisory is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support and contribute to daily business operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate events, create simple digital content, and support brand visibility initiatives. This role requires someone with strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for structure, creativity, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and travel arrangements
- Organize meetings, prepare briefs, and follow up on deliverables
- Maintain digital files and ensure smooth workflow across work tools
Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing events, pop-ups, activations, and internal engagements
- Handle vendor coordination, logistics, bookings, and on-site support
- Capture event content and compile post-event reports
Content Creation
- Produce simple digital content for social media (images, videos, reels, stories)
- Assist with content ideas, scripting, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Edit content, schedule posts, and track engagement metrics
- Support storytelling and online brand growth
Growth & Brand Support
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and visibility opportunities
- Support influencer outreach, partnerships, email marketing, and customer engagement
- Track performance data for content, events, and campaigns
- Suggest and implement creative ideas for brand expansion
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Support staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic content creation and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience supporting events or digital brand activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy; strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Creative, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced settings
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design or video editing experience
- Familiarity with analytics tools for social media
- Experience working with influencers or online communities
- Ability to adapt quickly and contribute to evolving team needs
