The Junior Backend Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power web and application platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Job Description
Design, code, and maintain server-side logic and backend features
Design and manage database schemas, data storage, integrity, and backups
Build, document (Swagger), and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs
Optimize backend systems for speed, stability, and scalability
Implement robust security measures and backend structures
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams
Identify, debug, and resolve backend issues
Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years backend development experience
Proficiency in Java and C# (.NET)
Experience with Spring and Spring Boot (Blazor is an added advantage)
Strong database knowledge:
SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL
NoSQL: MongoDB
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud – an advantage)
Experience using Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
