Job Description
The Graduate Trainee will support the maintenance and technical operations team by assisting in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and inspections. The role provides practical experience in mechanical and electrical systems, while helping ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles.
- Support diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical faults.
- Participate in routine vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support breakdown response and emergency repair operations.
- Monitor vehicle performance and report recurring technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company maintenance and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate.
- Ability to work in Enugu, Aba, Lagos, or Abuja.
