Job Description
FMR Agency is hiring highly responsive, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent individuals to manage customer interactions and convert leads into sales across WhatsApp and Instagram platforms.
Successful candidates will engage with customers, build trust, guide product selection, and ensure a smooth buying experience while maintaining brand professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
WhatsApp Role:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp
- Convert inbound leads into paying customers
- Guide customers in product selection (e.g., shade matching)
- Handle objections and close sales confidently
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
- Maintain organized chat records and follow-ups
- Escalate complaints appropriately
Instagram Role:
- Respond to DMs, comments, and story enquiries
- Convert leads from ads and organic traffic into sales
- Build trust with first-time buyers
- Educate customers using approved messaging
- Follow up consistently until conversion
- Maintain a professional and engaging tone
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND (higher qualifications accepted)
- Strong written communication skills
- Persuasive and sales-driven mindset
- High emotional intelligence and patience
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions
- Strong discipline, accountability, and organization
- Experience in social selling (especially for Instagram role) is an advantage
