Job Description
The Bank Teller / Customer Care Officer will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing frontline banking services, and ensuring excellent customer experience in line with banking standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Provide frontline customer service support
- Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements
- HND (Upper Credit or Distinction only)
- Must have completed NYSC
- Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
