Job Description

The Bank Teller / Customer Care Officer will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing frontline banking services, and ensuring excellent customer experience in line with banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
  • Provide frontline customer service support
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate transaction records
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND (Upper Credit or Distinction only)
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
