1. Graduate Intern – Project Operations
The Graduate Intern will support project execution, coordination, reporting, and technical documentation while gaining practical experience in renewable energy infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project tracking and reporting
- Assist with technical documentation and site activities
- Support system analysis and design tasks
- Assist in project coordination and data tracking
Requirements
- Degree or final-year qualification in Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good communication abilities

2. Inventory & Operations Control Officer
Responsible for inventory management, invoicing, procurement tracking, and operational documentation to ensure accountability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory records and stock control
- Prepare invoices and quotations
- Track inventory movement and logistics
- Support procurement and operational coordination
- Maintain administrative documentation systems
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline
- 2–5 years relevant experience
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- High integrity and accountability
3. Director, Projects & Operations
The Director will oversee end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPC project execution
- Supervise engineering and installation operations
- Ensure compliance with technical regulations
- Manage contractors, teams, and stakeholders
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability
Requirements
- 8–12 years experience in infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
4. Sales Executive (Generalist)
Responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, and driving revenue growth across the company’s renewable energy solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities
- Present customized energy solutions to clients
- Work with technical teams on pricing and system sizing
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Drive sales conversion and deal closure
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–5 years sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
