Job Description

The Management Trainee Program (Direct Sales) is designed to develop young graduates into high-performing sales and business development professionals within the banking and financial services sector.

Successful candidates will receive structured training, field exposure, and hands-on experience in customer acquisition, product sales, and relationship management.

The program is performance-driven and suited for individuals who are ambitious, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers for banking products and services
  • Promote financial products including accounts, loans, POS solutions, and digital banking services
  • Generate leads through direct sales and field marketing activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct customer engagement and market outreach activities
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with banking procedures
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Represent the organization professionally at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any discipline
  • NYSC completion certificate or exemption letter is mandatory
  • 0–1 year experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to resume immediately
