1. Virtual Operations Assistant

Deshapeables is seeking a highly organized Virtual Operations Assistant to oversee customer enquiries, website management, inventory records, and content administration activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries for Deshapeables and DUT.
• Update and maintain website content and information.
• Monitor and manage inventory records.
• Handle content administration and operational support tasks.
• Organize and maintain digital records and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
• Experience using project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or Trello.
• Excellent spreadsheet and data management skills.
• Strong written communication abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

2. Video Editor & Visual Content Creator

Deshapeables is looking for a creative Video Editor & Visual Content Creator to produce engaging video and visual content for the company’s brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit high-quality videos and visual content.
• Develop engaging graphics and multimedia materials.
• Produce short-form content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in:
  • CapCut
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro
• Demonstrable experience editing videos and images.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.

3. Creative Content Manager

Deshapeables is seeking an experienced Creative Content Manager to lead content strategy, campaign execution, and creative direction across its digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns.
• Lead creative direction for the brand’s digital content.
• Oversee social media growth initiatives.
• Develop innovative content ideas that increase audience engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of content management experience.
• Proven experience growing social media platforms.
• Strong content planning and campaign management skills.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
