Job Description
International Facilities Services Limited (IFS) is seeking applications from motivated and ambitious engineering graduates for its WIN (Winners in Africa) Program 2026 – Graduate Engineering Management Trainee.
This is a three-year, fully paid graduate development programme designed to equip young engineers with practical experience, technical expertise, and leadership skills in engineering and facilities management. Participants will work on live projects while receiving structured mentorship and career development opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) in Engineering or a related discipline, including:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Maintenance Engineering
- Other closely related engineering fields
- Graduated within the last two years.
- Possess an NYSC Discharge Certificate or a valid exemption certificate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in automation, robotics, AI, or smart building technologies.
- Willingness to work in Lagos or relocate if necessary.
- No prior work experience is required.
