Job Description
CHI Limited is recruiting graduates for its 2026 Graduate Sales Trainee Program, designed to develop future commercial leaders in the FMCG industry.
The programme provides hands-on experience in sales, distribution, territory management, customer engagement, and market execution. This is an active, field-based and market-facing role, rather than an office-based position.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will represent the company within an assigned territory and work closely with distributors, wholesalers, major outlets, neighbourhood stores, and retail outlets to improve product availability, visibility, distribution, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance within the assigned territory.
- Manage and support distributor and field sales teams.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and adequate distribution coverage.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Coach and support sales representatives in the field.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Use digital sales tools to track sales execution and performance.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Support effective execution of the company’s sales strategies within the assigned territory.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Work Days: Monday to Friday.
- Occasional Saturdays: May be required for essential business activities such as last-mile reconciliation, field operations, inventory management, alignment meetings, or training.
- Work Style: Approximately 80%–90% of the work week will be spent within the assigned territory.
- Field activities may begin as early as 7:30 AM
