Job Description
The Graduate Trainee will assist engineering teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and computer-based systems. This role offers practical experience in engineering operations, automation, and technical project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and computer-based systems.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of technical systems and machinery.
- Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and performance analyses.
- Support automation, control systems, and IT-related tasks where required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Eng or B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technology discipline.
- Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and industry practices.
- Familiarity with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, PLCs, or relevant IT tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
