Job Description
Dodageo Integrated Energy Limited is currently hiring an Administrative Support Officer to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. The ideal candidate will manage communication, maintain records, assist with HR tasks, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules
- Manage office filing systems and maintain proper documentation
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Prepare periodic reports
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support visitors and ensure professional front-office experience
- Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Assist HR in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Ensure office procedures and policies are followed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Social Sciences or a related field
- 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Must have completed NYSC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
