Job Description
This role focuses on using analytics and insights to drive growth opportunities across categories, geographies, channels, and revenues. The specialist will work closely with CMI Growth Partners to identify profitable growth opportunities and support data-driven decision-making for customer development (CD) and in-market performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct custom analytics and modelling (e.g., forecasting, promo/pricing elasticity).
- Analyze and integrate retail, consumer panel, brand tracking, and commerce/channel data.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to automate reporting systems.
- Support customer development strategies such as JBP, channel strategy, and retailer negotiations.
- Identify shopping, pricing, and promotion insights for growth.
- Network with global teams to adopt best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing.
- 3+ years in analytics (CMI, CD, finance, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and storytelling ability.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen in customer development and finance.
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools, plus experience in data visualization and modelling.
- Knowledge in category management, retailer partnerships, and assortment optimization.
