Job Description
PalmPay is hiring a Business Developer (BD Associate) to support merchant acquisition and onboarding for its Pay With Transfer (PWT) solution. This is a field-based role focused on engaging business owners, promoting digital payment solutions, and expanding the company’s merchant network.
The role involves daily customer interaction, product education, and meeting onboarding targets within assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of the Pay With Transfer (PWT) solution.
- Onboard merchants and assist them in opening business accounts.
- Meet daily and weekly merchant onboarding targets.
- Provide basic support and guidance to new users.
- Work actively in assigned field locations to drive adoption of PalmPay services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- No prior experience required (training will be provided).
- Must be available for immediate resumption.
- Must reside in Lagos, Ogun, Abia, or Anambra.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
