Job Description
Basscomm Group Limited is seeking a motivated and results-oriented HR Intern to join its Human Resources team in Maryland, Lagos. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for graduates who are interested in developing practical experience in human resources while working in a dynamic engineering and construction environment.
The successful candidate will support various HR functions, contribute to administrative processes, and gain valuable exposure to day-to-day human resource operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day Human Resources administrative activities.
- Support employee record management and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining HR data.
- Provide support for recruitment and other HR-related processes when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient HR operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Human Resources department.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
