1. Customer Lifecycle Specialist
TestGorilla is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Specialist to own and optimize the complete customer journey—from onboarding and product adoption to retention, renewal, and customer advocacy. The successful candidate will design personalized lifecycle campaigns, leverage AI-driven automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and maximize product value.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong passion for TestGorilla’s mission of improving global access to employment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, customer success, customer enablement, or lifecycle operations.
- Hands-on experience using Customer.io or similar lifecycle automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation, workflow automation, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to develop customer education materials including knowledge base articles, tutorials, and in-app guidance.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
Salary Range (€)
- €40,960 – €51,200 per year

2. Marketing Engineer
TestGorilla is recruiting a Marketing Engineer to drive website growth, optimize conversion rates, and build scalable marketing automation systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with product teams to improve website performance while leveraging AI and automation tools to support marketing initiatives and account-based marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passion for TestGorilla’s mission and remote-first culture.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with CMS platforms and website optimization.
- Proven expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Clay, and Claude.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to improve marketing performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed global teams.
Salary Range (€)
- €42,640 – €53,300 per year
